So how many miles do you think it really has? I'm guessing 30,000 and the seller hates 0s.

That’s a new way of telling the mileage...
My car has 100k miles on it..... Driven 20 miles (last T hursday but no one needs to know that detail)

Weird little town. But there is stuff to do.
I was there for a week fishing a few years ago.

The photo of the odometer shows 214, 063. It could mean 300,000 miles, implying the odometer stopped working quite a while ago. Alternately, the seller is saying “I’ve only driven it 300 miles”, which would be strange if this wasn’t from Oregon.
The bigger question is why the photos are screen shots from a phone. The photo with the odometer shows an incoming call. Is this somebody in such a hurry to copy photos that they can’t wait until the call is done? Are they so incompetent that they don’t know how photos work? Is it a scammer using screen shots of somebody else’s post to sell a car that they don’t own? Is it a combination of the three?

All of the above. The seller screenshotted a listing from a different mobile app to post on a FB ad that a scammer copied and poorly cropped to scam someone wherein the seller decieded to screenshot the photos the scammer posted instead of creating a duplicate listing.
I see this all time where people screenshot photos from some sort of mobile app so you have to view the listing text in the compressed photos. Definit ely incompetent.
